The World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery (WCPCCS) will be held in Barcelona, Spain, July 16-21, 2017. For the first time there will be an anesthesia track at this meeting, as well as joint anesthesia sessions with the cardiac surgeons and intensivists.

The WCPCCS organizing committee is generously sponsoring the top trainee abstracts in congenital cardiac anesthesia with FREE conference registration and a 500 Euro stipend (approximately $500). The top trainee abstracts will be selected from the abstract submissions for the 2017 CCAS Annual Meeting, March 2nd in Austin, Texas.

The deadline to submit abstracts for the 2017 CCAS Annual Meeting is NOVEMBER 11th! Please encourage your trainees to submit abstracts to CCAS so they may be considered for the WCPCCS sponsorship. The trainees do not have to be first author but they must have made a substantial contribution to the work.
