Before you start the submission process, please review the Abstract Preparation and Submission Guidelines. And be sure to read all instructions carefully. Additional resources may be found under the Research Resource Tab on at https://ccasociety.org/research-resources/.
If you wish to submit an abstract for the CCAS 2026 Annual Meeting, please read the information determine the abstract types/topics that will be considered. If you submit an abstract that is not eligible for one of the meetings, it will be rejected immediately.
The abstract submission deadline is Monday, November 17, 2025 at Noon EST. No abstracts will be accepted after this date, no exceptions. Click here to start the submission process.

Top 3 Scoring Research Abstracts will be selected for an Oral Presentation during the Annual Meeting Research Session.
CCAS Young Researcher Award
Less than three years out of training
Research Only (no case report/series)
Meeting Scholarships for Students & Residents
Are you a resident or student? You can apply for the 2026 CCAS Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Meeting Scholarship to assist with meeting travel expenses.
- Receive funding to attend the CCAS/SPA-AAP meeting.
- Get a chance to network with CCAS and SPA members!
- Meet other students/trainees with similar interests
Five criteria to be considered:
- Submit an abstract. All types are acceptable.
- Be the presenting author of the abstract
- Attend the meeting in person
- Be or become a CCAS member (free!)
- Submit a short statement of how this award will help you learn/pursue a career in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology
