Elections for positions on the CCAS Board of Directors will be held prior to the CCAS 2027 Annual Meeting in Nassau, Bahamas. The vote will be electronic and take place November – December 2026. Based on current CCAS bylaws, the Nominating Committee is responsible for bringing a slate of candidates for the position of Vice President, Secretary and all open at-large Board of Director positions for approval by the Board of Directors.
We are calling for nominations for Secretary and three (3) Director-At-Large Positions. You may nominate yourself or another CCAS member.
The Secretary is committed for up to eight years of service as they progress through the positions of Secretary, Vice-President, President, and Immediate Past President.
Director-At-Large candidates must be willing to serve a four-year term and attend CCAS Board of Directors meetings; two in-person meetings and occasional Zoom meetings.
The following are required for your nomination(s):
- Name and Institution of Nominee
- Position for nomination (Secretary or Director-at-Large)
- Short paragraph describing why nominee would make good candidate for open position
- Nominee CV

NOTE: If a candidate is selected by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, the individual must submit a photo, biographical statement, and video within 15 days of being notified of their selection.
