CCAS CAFE (Career Advancement & Faculty Engagement) Program

A national faculty development course for Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists

The CCAS CAFE program is a national initiative designed to advance the professional growth and engagement of pediatric cardiac anesthesiology faculty. Built around the core pillars of faculty development; Mentoring, Coaching, Sponsorship and Networking, this 12-month course provides frameworks, mentorship and connections to help faculty.

Course Format

Hybrid Model: combination of virtual and in person

Duration: Approximately 12 months : Jan 28, 2026- Dec 12, 2026

Maximum number of offered positions: Twenty (20)

Target Audience: Faculty with 5-15 years of clinical practice in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology

Cost: $1500 USD per participant

Application Eligibility:

  • Faculty with 5-15 years of clinical practice in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology. Faculty outside these years of experience will be considered based on availability.
  • Commitment to attend all sessions throughout the year.
  • Departmental or Divisional Letter of Support
