A. Tape from the OR is kept as tube securement, or tube is retaped in a similar fashion (i.e. Duoderm applied to protect skin, etc)

B. Tape from the OR is removed, and tube is secured with an ADJUSTABLE commercial device (such as Hollister AnchorFast™)

C. Tape from the OR is removed, and tube is secured with a NON-ADJUSTABLE commercial device (such as Neotech NeoBar®)

D. Tape from the OR is removed, and an umbilical clamp is applied to the endotracheal tube for securement
